Event creation has transitioned from a manual process to something a bit more automated, meaning you are able to receive an event ID back within a few moments rather than waiting on an e-mail confirmation.
If an event needs a change (start time, course choice, course distance / number of laps etc.) then you can post any change requests in the new 🚴🏿ladder-event-changes .
You must include;
The link to the ladder website fixture you want to change
A link to the discord thread where the opposing team have agreed to the change
(Required for time/date changes and route changes outside normal guidance)
The actual change you want
All times should be submitted in UTC time zone format
When viewing the fixture page on the Club Ladder website there is a “Change Event” button for the team which specified the course setup, the “home” team.

This will bring up a dialog box for you to request changes

Once submitted, the Club Ladder bot will create a message in the 🚴🏿ladder-event-changes channel on the Club Ladder discord server.

At least one Captain/Vice-Captain from the “away” team should agree the change (where necessary) by clicking the blue check mark (☑️ ) reaction.
When an admin has completed the change they will add a green check mark ( ✅ )
Note : it may take a while for the system to re-scan the event details after any change, there may be a delay in the appearance on the website, but you can check Zwift or Zwift companion to confirm the changes were made correctly
