This padlock icon denotes that the user preference is Private activities, and serves as a reminder for captains to remind the rider to save Ladder races as a Public Activity on Zwift.

Rider / roster refresh - icon should only be visible during an open Transfer Window.

Team is in a ‘Zombie’ state, and can be bypassed in challenges.

Team is in a ‘dead’ state, and will be removed from the ladder.

‘Cancel’ on a fixture not yet accepted - this cancels the fixture, nothing changes.

(Displayed on captains team admin page). Represents the ranks that may currently be added to the team, this will change based on the riders currently on the roster. Yellow shaded rank represents the median rank in the team and riders can be added +- 1 rank from this.

If the challenging team fail to propose a course within 36 hours then it will flip to the opposition to make the choice.

W= Won challenge, L= Lost challenge, D= Defended challenge (ie. you were the higher ranked team and you defended a challenge from the team below).

Once the challenge has been Accepted:

‘Random’ will generate a random course choice for you.

‘Surrender course section’ flips the decision to the opposing team to be able to choose.

‘Forfeit’ will forfeit the entire fixture (note this is not a Cancellation - the forfeiting team will “lose” the fixture).

This indicates a rides has been given a shadow ban directly from Zwift.

The rider would need to contact Zwift directly to find out what the issue is. Any shadow banned riders are auto-banned at Ladder, but even if they were not, if they turn up to a race they wouldn't appear in the results anyway so there is nothing we can do.

The ladder ban is more of a notification for the ridert to go and ask Zwift about the ban.
