It is the responsibility of the captains to police the events they are racing in, in the first instance raising problems with the opposing captain, and escalating to race control if you fail to resolve it between you, please tag @Club Ladder Race Committee in #ladder-captains-race-control.

Our systems automatically pull event data from Zwift so there should be no need to go anywhere else to check results and rider categories and the most accurate and up to date results can always be found on the club ladder website.

All results should become finalised within our system c.6 hours after race finish, with ladder positions moving up to 24 hours later. During that 6 hour window, results should be treated as pending, therefore any escalations of issues should happen after 6 hours, but before the 24 hour ladder move.
